About Mariana
My name is Doña Mariana Ruiz de Medina. Welcome to my chronicles of all my A&S projects, events, and fun as part of the Society for Creative Anachronism. My primary interests are persona development for 15th Century Spain and everything food-related. Photo credit: Thomas Beebe at Ponte Alto Investiture 2024
Mariana’s Arts and Sciences
Arts and sciences are my passion, as is service to the Arts and Sciences. I thrive in having projects to do. Most of my projects are garb and fiber-arts related, as I am trying desperately to build up a closet of persona-accurate garb for longer events. However, I also cook extensively and am trying to expand my A&S resume with other arts to make a more well rounded exploration of my persona.
